Our Standard Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Generally we are not stringent on these hours and do much of the work on weekends, that does not mean that we are "on call" at the regular rates (as stated in the fees section).
We will, however, clearly indicate that this will be an extra charge (if there is one).
