Help Desk Technical Services, LLC (HDTS) is a unique information technology (IT) corporation whose mission is to provide the highest level of information technology srvices available to small businesses. We strive to provide unprecedented domain infrastructure support to small businesses where it is not justifiable to purchase expensive capital equipment that can not be maintaned to the industry standards or best practices. HDTS will provide remote, highly secire domain services via public internet lines (DSL, Cable) or private lines (T1/T3/DS2)run to our secure data center. HDTS will also provide the highest level of desktop and server support services at ery cost effective rates.
Our Philosophy
It is HDTS’ philosophy that that when a small business can focus on their core business and have the strongest base IT infrastructure setup, monitored, managed, serviced, and updated by highly trained professionals they can better serve their customer base with a better use of their time, resources, and money. Through our combined 20+ years of IT experience we have found that most small businesses cannot afford to purchase, setup, service, and maintain and adequate computing and data servicing infrastructure. Because of this small businesses are generally at an extreme risk for loosing valuable business and customer data. It is our philosophy that as we provide a highly available datacenter with the latest proven technologies all brought together in a secure, monitored datacenter environment we can provide an affordable alternative to the inevitable loss of data, time, resources, and expenses that will result from the inevitable equipment failure of poorly maintained server or peer to peer network infrastructures associated with many small businesses. Many computing companies make tens of thousands of dollars supporting such vulnerable companies. HDTS will help small businesses retain their money by providing IT resources to work for them all while not having to worry about data loss or loss of productivity and all at a fraction of the cost of building their own domain infrastructure environments.
